From the first call to the in person consult and the actual procedure the staff have been friendly professional and most of all empathetic regarding my dental needs. Dr. Mariano Oviedo is an excellent dentist he is very kind, professional, and takes the time to make you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Karla, his dental assistant, is also amazing. She is super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel very comfortable.I also want to give a big thank you to the ladies at the front desk. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment I walked in.You can really tell that the whole team cares about their patients and provides great customer service. For me personally it’s been a godsend. My confidence level is through the roof. Being able to smile and not think about it, gives me a feeling of satisfaction. I can hardly wait for the permanents, which will be in three months. The staff at Bonita Del Rey has been exceptional, very mindful of one’s needs. My thanks to Dr. Espinosa and his whole staff. Although implant procedures are on the costly side, I would do it again without hesitation. Thank you all again.
