A proud member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, Dr. Aldo Espinosa has extensive experience in guided dental implant surgery. He starts the process by taking a cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) scan of your teeth and mouth using CT technology right here in our Chula Vista, CA dentist office.
After a digital analysis from our lab, we review the CBCT scan to plan the placement of your dental implants, taking extra care to confirm both their stability and aesthetics. An implant template is then designed virtually with an advanced design program, fabricated with a 3D printer, and fitted to a model to verify a firm, stable fit. Dr. Espinosa and our team then use that template as a guide during placement of your dental implants.

With more than 20 years of experience providing for the local community’s dental needs, Dr. Aldo Espinosa served as a visiting scholar at the prestigious Loma Linda University, has collaborated on the latest dental implant textbook “Remote Anchorage Solutions For Severe Maxillary Atrophy” and became an active member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He combines extensive training on the most advanced dental implant techniques worldwide with the most sophisticated 3D printing technology on more than thousands of dental implant cases in San Diego, CA.
Dr. Mariano Oviedo, DDS
Dr. Mariano Oviedo’s journey to becoming a trusted dentist in Chula Vista spans three countries and more than two decades of dedication to dentistry. Originally from Argentina, he graduated with honors from dental school in La Plata in 2005 and later served as a professor of Operative Dentistry at the prestigious University of Buenos Aires for 10 years. After earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in Mexico, Dr. Oviedo made Southern California his home, where he now helps patients restore their oral health, confidence, and smiles through personalized, compassionate care.
